When it comes to Marvel’s Avengers, it does seem as if the PlayStation exclusive content has dominated the conversation. No doubt, that puts a smile on Sony’s face, but there are multiple other versions of the game, including the PC port. Today, we got an extensive detail of that version, what rig you’ll need, and all the added bells and whistles you can look forward to.

The PC requirements aren’t too high and probably pretty close to standard by nowadays standard. At minimum, you’ll need an Intel i3-4160 with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GTX 950 or AMD 270. Recommended bumps that up to an Intel Core i7 4770K or AMD Ryzen 51600 with 16GB RAM and an NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB or AMD Radeon RX 480. A few things to note is that the game only requires 75GB of HDD space, but 110GB of SSD space is recommended, and the game will only support Windows 10, so anyone on 7 or 8 will be out of luck.

Marvel’s Avengers is set to release on September 4th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia. While console versions won’t get all those nice bells and whistles, they will have a performance mode for maximum possible framerate, which you can read about through here.

Playing Spiderman at 4K does require a beefy GPU but you can still enjoy this game on lower resolutions even with your old GPU. At 1440p graphics still, look incredible if you are running it on a 4k display. You need a minimum of GTX 1070 to run this game at 60FPS in 1440p resolution. The second game in the Marvel’s Spider-Man series, spin off sequel to Marvel’s Spider-Man (2018) but is not a sequel and instead is a standalone expansion. It was announce at the PlayStation 5 live reveal event in June 2020. It is due to be release in Q4 2020 as a launch title. But we hope it will release for the PC as well.
